5. Photography All photographs taken at GUSDA events are the exclusive rights of GUSDA, taken by contracted photographers, Executive Committee members, or guest attendees who have granted permission for the use of the photographs in question.

6. Membership Applications Individual membership data is limited to the Member and designated Trustees/Executive Committee Members of GUSDA only. When you apply for membership, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent) to use the membership for which you are registering. You agree that any information you provide upon registration or at any other time will be true, accurate, and complete, and that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up to date at all times.

7. Payment Payment can be made by any of the options advertised on our website or invoices.
Payment online: Our secure server software encrypts all your payment card details. The process scrambles all the information, allowing no unauthorized third party to intercept the data. Your browser will confirm that you are processing your payment in a secure environment by displaying a locked padlock icon or a similar security indicator in the relevant area of the Website.
