GUSDA presents IT Unit to Guyana Human Development Centre

In January 2024, GUSDA presented an IT Unit, including a 3-in-1 Printer to Guyana Human Development Centre (GHDC), Port Mourant, Berbice. The centre provides training for single mothers in IT, Cooking, Sewing, Soft Furnishing, Hair & Nails. School children also attend after-school classes for IT training - all delivered by 2 full time tutors. The participants achieve certificates on completion and many single mothers go on to start their own small business in their preferred vocation.
